Welcome to my first ever weekly catch-up!

I’ve decided to start these as part of my mental health journey to a better me.

I’ll be telling you everything that has happened during the week, anything interesting I have found or read, etc. 🙂

Enjoy!

This week I went to help my father with one of the apartments he’s renovating to get ready for renting. There’s still a lot of work to be done but the majority is pretty much finished. I helped with the cleaning – windows, furniture, hoovering, etc. When the work is done, I’ll go and clean everything. Hopefully, I’ll be able to show you some pictures!

I’m still waiting for my genetic results, that I mentioned in My Visit To The Psychiatrist: Part I blog post.

I have received my results from My Personality & Psychological Test. They have been emailed to my father. Once we get the genetic results, I’ll be able to see them. Until then, it’s a waiting process.

I’m not sure why but my organic traffic has been declining. I think it’s because I wasn’t able to post anything for 2 weeks. This outcome, I guess, was inevitable. I’ve started posting as much as I can for the past week. Hopefully, this will bring my organic traffic back to its original increase.

I’m very lucky to have a gym literally a minute away, so I try to go there pretty much every single day. If you’re in Plovdiv, check out Titan Fitness. It’s a very small gym but they have everything you need and it’s very quiet, usually not too busy.

Finally, I can get some sleep, thanks to the pills that I’m taking alongside Zoloft. I still get nightmares but at least I’m sleeping, which is better than nothing.

Thanks to my uncleTHE LEGEND! – I finally got my computer fixed! I have a laptop, unfortunately, it can’t handle the Adobe software programs I’m using. Gladly, now I have a fast desktop computer for the job!

Sadly, I had to take the hard decision this week to remove a girl from my life for good. Although I’ve known her for almost 10 years, I’ve never been able to trust her. However, I did send her a very long personal letter where I poured my heart out, trying to explain why I’ve treated the people around me the wrong way. Unfortunately, she is one of those people who can’t forget nor forgive. I found out through another girl that she wasn’t taking my depression seriously and as soon as I get better, she will ‘ditch’ me. I’m not sure what that says about her as a person but it’s quite painful for me. My family has taken this girl to a lot of places, I’ve given her a lot of presents and I’ve shared things with her that I haven’t shared with anyone else… I just feel used but I forgive her. I hope she finds her way and happiness in life.

In the evenings I try to read. We have a ‘library room’ at home with plenty of books that mom collected when she was alive. At the moment, I’m reading Deception Point by Dan Brown in Bulgarian.

I’m quite devastated by what’s happening with the Amazon Rainforest. The Amazon forest, which produces about 20% of earth’s oxygen, is often referred to as “the planet’s lungs.” We’re destroying our planet and animals are slowly going extinct… If you want to help, please visit The Amazon rainforest is still on fire: What’s happening and how you can help article. I’ve also signed the Greenpeace’s petition telling the Brazilian government to save the Amazon rainforest and protect the lands of indigenous and traditional communities.

Last night, I met with a classmate of mine. I haven’t seen Stefan for 9 years, since our prom! He is doing so well now and I’m very happy for him. Hopefully, we’re going to catch-up soon again. He should be on his way to the seaside this afternoon and I hope he gets some quality ‘me time’.

I hope you’ve enjoyed the catch-up!

Until this time next Sunday! 😊
