Today we’re going to take a look at what is probably the most recognisable shoe in the world – the Manolo Blahnik Hangisi pumps! In the early 1970s, Mr Blahnik had a vision of the perfect shoe, so he went on to design it. The Hangisi satin pump with a stiletto heel, pointed tip and a large square buckle adorned with rhinestones is probably the most luxurious thing created for the feet!
While has been worn by many celebrities, the Manolo Blahnik Hangisi pump gained immense popularity after being continuously featured in ‘Sex and the City’. Carrie Bradshaw had an obsession with Blahnik’s creation and you could see her wearing his stilettos quite often in the series.
Manolo Blahnik has always been associated with quality, originality and elegance, hence the hefty price tag! You can expect to pay anything between $900 and $1,400 for the Hangisi pumps, and $1,400 for the flats. Gladly, I’ve managed to find strikingly similar Manolo Blahnik Hangisi dupes for both styles!
Best of all?
You can your hands on a pair for under £70!
Manolo Blahnik Hangisi Pumps Dupes
As I have briefly mentioned at the beginning, the Hangisi pump was designed all the way back in the early 1970s! It was quite a creative and controversial shoe design, considering the fact that during those year block-heels were taking front stage. Ultimately, the Manolo Blahnik Hangisi pump became instantly popular and sought-after!
Although they are certainly not the real thing, the above Manolo Blahnik Hangisi dupes have strikingly similar features! These dupes have practically the same design as the original Hangisi. Furthermore, they are made of satin and feature the recognisable buckle on the tip!
Apart from the obvious price difference, the only other distinction you could see and feel is in the heel height. The dupes have a 10cm heel, whereas the original Manolo Blahnik pump – 11cm. Putting that aside, these Manolo Blahnik Hangisi pump dupes offer amazing quality for a fraction of the price!
Manolo Blahnik Hangisi Flats Dupes

Despite Manolo Blahnik’s focus on designing stiletto shoes, nowadays you can also get your hands on a flat version of the Hangisi style! Personally, I find it quite shocking that the Hangisi flats cost more than some of the pump styles. Gladly, I did find dupes for the Manolo Blahnik flats! And, yes, they are much cheaper – by $1,300 to be precise!
Although the Hangisi flats dupes offer pretty much the same design, you can see a couple of differences when comparing them to the original. Firstly, the colour of the dupes appears to be lighter in contrast to the rich tones of the original. Secondly, the design of the flats appears to be just a bit wider than the real Hangisi.
Apart from that, these Hangisi flats dupes offer amazing quality without costing you $1,340 per pair!
